CT Technologist
Overview
- Location: Louisville, Kentucky

Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Kentucky
- CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (CT)
- BLS
- 2 years of CT scanning experience
Job Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging and produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Verify ordered exams, position patients and equipment, and administer contrast as directed
- Apply radiation safety practices to reduce exposure for patients and staff
- Prepare and educate patients, respond to questions or concerns, and use an age-appropriate communication approach
- Work with physicians to determine whether additional images are needed
- Oversee and train students providing patient care, treatment, and services
