Description
Case Manager
Job Overview
- Travel/contract RN case management role in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
- Day shift: 4x10s, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- 13-week assignment
- Every-other-weekend required
- First-time travelers accepted
- Floating may be required within scope, including to sister facilities if needed
- Block scheduling is not available
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Case Management (1 year of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Driver's License
- Current and valid driver’s license or state-issued ID
- Utility bill in the traveler’s name with matching address from within the last 3 months
- Home address must be more than 75 miles from the contracted facility
- Pending state license not accepted
Scheduling and Attendance
- No more than 5 days of RTO accepted
Preferred Experience
- Recent case/resource management experience
- InterQual or MCG experience
- CCM or ACM certification through CMA or ACMA
Submission Notes
- Driver’s license and utility bill must be included with submission
