Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Athol, Massachusetts
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 3x12 days, 12:00 to 0:30
- Target ratio: 1:2
- No call requirement
- No float requirement
- Every other weekend required
- Every 3rd holiday required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- NRP, as required
- TNCC, as required
- State license verification required
- MA Statewide (iCORI) Release required
- Massachusetts Statewide iCORI Clearance (Attestation) required within 30 days of start
- Background check required within 30 days of start, including aliases, counties, National Sex Offender, and education verification
- EPLS/GSA/SAM required within 30 days of start
- HHS/OIG required within 30 days of start
- Photo for badge required
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Fit mask required within 1 year of start for all client-facing travelers
- Adult dose of Tdap required within 10 years of start
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required
- TB Questionnaire required
- Measles, Mumps, and Rubella immunity documentation required
- Hepatitis B immunity documentation required
- Varicella immunity documentation required
- Negative 10-panel drug screen required within 30 days of start
- COVID booster documentation or signed declination required
- Flu vaccination documentation or signed declination required during flu season
- Skills Checklist 1 required annually

Located in north-central Massachusetts along the Millers River and settled in 1735, Athol has a long and storied past. The city was originally known as Pequoiag, an Algonquian name, before its incorporation in 1762 when it took its current name, the Scottish home of the dukes of Atholl.
