CT Technologist Job Details

- Setting: Hospital – Cat Scan Department

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (8 Hour Evenings)
- Hours per Week: 40

CT Technologist Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Current ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist)
- Valid New York State license with injection certification
- Current BLS certification
- Proficiency with EMR Epic and PACS Synapse systems
- Fully trained in CT scanning procedures
CT Technologist Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans for ER and inpatient populations using Phillips 64 Brilliance scanner
- Deliver accurate imaging and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Document procedures and patient information in EMR Epic and PACS Synapse
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality clinical support
- Maintain CT equipment and adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
