Job Details

• Location: Ticonderoga, NY 12883 (Adirondacks, near Lake George & Lake Champlain)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,440–$2,620 per week
• Setting: Hospital – CT Scan Unit (Philips Ingenuity 64)
• Assignment Length: 16–32 weeks (Start: 3/30/2026, End: 8/16/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour evening shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel (travel CT tech)
• Schedule: Flexible schedule required, including every other weekend and occasional adjustments to meet patient care needs

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a CT Technologist (5 years preferred)
• Prior travel assignment experience required (travel CT tech experience preferred)
• Current ARRT certifications: CT, Radiography, and Mammography
• NY injection certification required
• New York State license, or proof of application with applied date (NY CT jobs eligibility)
• BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years (required) – accurate documentation in Epic is essential
• Ability to provide x-ray coverage (GE and Fuji digital systems, Philips portable x-ray)
• Reliable personal or rental transportation required (public transit not available); all-season or snow tires required November–April

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans using the Philips Ingenuity 64 CT unit (CT Tech duties)
• Provide x-ray and mammography services as needed (radiologic technologist responsibilities)
• Document procedures, imaging findings, and patient information accurately in Epic EMR
• Adapt to schedule and modality changes to meet patient care needs
• Work every other weekend and adjust schedule as required by the unit
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Participate in bi-weekly orientation and ongoing training as needed. Bi-weekly orientations are held on Mondays, with the next available orientation date being 4/13.
