• Shift: 12-hour evenings (10:00am – 10:30pm, 30-minute unpaid break)

• Schedule: Alternating weekly schedule (Week 1: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2: Sunday, Thursday, Friday)
• Call: 3 days per month (including one weekend day)
• Floating: Required within competency
• EMR: Cerner
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2340-$2510/week

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent CT Technologist experience (prior travel experience preferred but not required)
• Active NYS Radiologic Technologist license with injection certification (may apply with proof of pending NYS license)
• ARRT certification required (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross; can be obtained prior to start date)
• Ability to float to units within competency as needed
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered skills

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans and computed tomography imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols
• Administer contrast injections as required, following injection certification and hospital policy
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures; follow radiation safety and infection control standards
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in the EMR (Cerner)
• Participate in rotating call schedule (including one weekend day per month)
• Float to other radiology units within competency as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
