About the Role

Join a dynamic healthcare team in Philadelphia, PA (19141) as a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. This 13-week travel contract offers hands-on experience with advanced Philips CT Scanners in a hospital setting. Work alongside a dedicated radiology team providing trauma, vascular, neuro, musculoskeletal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric imaging services. Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,490 – $2,670
• Location: Philadelphia, PA 19141 (Philadelphia CT tech jobs, Pennsylvania travel CT jobs)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 3, 2026)
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour days) — Day Shift
• Hours per Week: 40
• Setting: Hospital / Acute Care Radiology Department
• Equipment: Philips CT Scanners (experience preferred)
• Charting: Centricity RIS-IC
• Scrub Color: Charcoal Grey
• First-time travelers accepted
• No floating or on-call required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience (Computed Tomography / CT tech)
• Valid ARRT (CT) and ARRT (R) certifications
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Valid state license or certification at time of submission
• PA Fingerprints and Childline clearance required
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• References and copies of certifications required
• Experience with Philips CT Scanners and Centricity RIS-IC charting preferred
• Comfortable working with all patient populations: pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Philips CT Scanners to perform a range of imaging studies including trauma, vascular, musculoskeletal, and neurological CT exams
• Prepare and administer IV contrast media safely; start peripheral IVs and monitor patient reactions
• Perform ROI measurements, brain perfusion studies, and other CT post-processing tasks
• Ensure radiation safety, proper PPE use, and adherence to isolation precautions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Centricity RIS-IC and hospital records
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary radiology teams to optimize patient care
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication across diverse populations
