• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,490 – $2,670
• Setting: Hospital Radiology Department with outpatient focus (hospital radiology jobs, radiology technologist jobs)
• Schedule: 24 hours/week — 8-hour day shifts: 12:30pm – 9:00pm (Mon, Wed, Fri)
• Weekends / On-call: No weekends or on-call required
• Charting System: EPIC
• Scrub Color: Navy

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year MRI Technologist experience (2+ years preferred) — strong candidates for MRI tech jobs and travel MRI technologist roles
• Valid ARRT (MR) or ARMIT certification required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Experience with GE and Philips MRI systems preferred
• Valid state license or certification at time of submission
• Ability to complete compliance requirements, including PA fingerprints and flu vaccination (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
• References and copies of certifications required; pass/fail clinical clearance exam (up to 3 attempts)
• First-time travelers welcome — great opportunity for MRI techs new to travel assignments

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI scans for a diverse outpatient and hospital-based patient population
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment (GE, Philips) to ensure diagnostic image quality
• Ensure patient safety, positioning, and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Accurately document procedures, imaging findings, and patient information in EPIC
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Follow hospital policies, infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient MRI scanning environment
