- Position: Travel CT Technologist / Rad Tech
- Employment Type: Travel Healthcare Assignment
- Setting: Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology / Neuro Procedures
- Location: Cincinnati, OH 45236
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 08/17/2026
- Shift Duration: 8 hours
- Shifts Per Week: 5
- Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- On-Call: 1 night per week and every 4th weekend
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,490 - $2,670
- Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiology, interventional imaging, CT, or a related procedural setting
- Experience with fluoroscopy and basic cath lab workflows preferred
- ARRT certification or CCI registration required
- Ohio radiologic technologist license required or must be obtainable as applicable
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Experience with interventional radiology, vascular, or neuro procedures strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented acute care environment
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Comfort working with electronic medical records and imaging systems
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed practitioners during fluoroscopic and specialized interventional procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain expectations to help reduce anxiety
- Maintain sterile technique and follow radiation safety protocols
- Operate imaging equipment and support high-quality diagnostic and interventional exams
- Document patient care activities, radiation exposure, and clinical findings accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor patient status and communicate important changes to the care team
- Support a unit that performs a variety of cardiac, interventional radiology, and neuro cases
- Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
- Contribute to a positive patient experience through professionalism and teamwork
