Job Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist required
• 1 year of experience in CT or MRI preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an approved AMA Radiologic Technology program or MRI certificate program required
• Current Registered Technologist (R) credential required
• Current Registered Technologist (MR) credential required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ARRT MRI certification required within 2 years of hire

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI studies according to established radiologist protocols
• Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Prepare the scan room and equipment before patient imaging
• Position patients, coils, and imaging equipment appropriately for each exam
• Maintain clear communication with patients throughout the scanning process
• Support accurate, efficient imaging workflows while upholding patient safety and comfort
