Job Details

• Setting: Hospital
• Location: Boston / Jamaica Plain, MA 02130
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, every other weekend
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shifts per Week: 3 shifts per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,340 - $2,510
• Start Date: 9/14/2026

Job Requirements

• Current certification or registration as a CT Technologist
• Active license or eligibility to work in Massachusetts
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures, patient safety, and radiation protection
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with radiology, nursing, and clinical teams
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process clearly and professionally
• Position patients accurately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate CT equipment safely and efficiently while following all radiation safety standards
• Document exam details and maintain accurate imaging records
• Work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other care team members to support timely patient care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-focused work environment
