Travel CT Technologist Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,600 - $2,790

CT Tech Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of radiology experience required
• Graduation from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
• Current Massachusetts Radiation Control Board license
• ARRT registration as RT(R) or RT(N)
• CT certification preferred
• Ability to obtain CT licensure within the required timeframe if not already held
• Current CPR certification
• Experience working with adult and older adult patients preferred
• Ability to complete credentialing and onboarding requirements prior to start

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of computed tomography procedures in accordance with physician direction and facility protocols
• Operate advanced imaging equipment to produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic images
• Provide imaging services to patients across the lifespan, from newborn to geriatric populations
• Use prescribed levels of ionizing radiation safely and appropriately
• Insert and remove IVs as needed for imaging procedures
• Follow federal, state, local, and hospital policies and procedures
• Maintain a strong focus on patient care, safety, and professionalism
