Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Job Description
This position is for a Registered Nurse in Case Management within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role involves assisting with discharge planning, utilization review, family and team conferences, and coordinating patient needs and resources to facilitate safe discharges.
The inpatient rehabilitation program serves patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions. The facility offers a low stimulation and secured unit with monitored rooms, specialized beds, patient lifts, and dedicated therapy areas.
Schedule
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Weekly Hours: 40
- Weekend Hours: Not applicable
- Call Requirements: None
Patient Population
- Adults 18+
- Diagnoses include CVA (stroke), TBI (traumatic brain injury), orthopedic conditions, cardiac issues, amputations, neurological conditions, and general debility
- Inpatient rehabilitation patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma
- Minimum 2 years of case management experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- Must comply with influenza vaccination policy or approved exemption with masking during flu season (November 1 through March 31)
- Scrub color: Black scrubs or business casual attire
- Must be cooperative and a team player
Specialty Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social work or case management in an inpatient setting

- No weekend or call requirements
