Number of Positions: 1
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
EMR System: Protouch
Dress Code: Navy Blue scrubs
Parking: Employee parking available

Job Description

Replacement for permanent staff
Coverage needed for evaluations and caseload management
No floating to other units required

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Florida
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year

Additional Information

Facility is seeking coverage specifically for evaluations and caseload
No preferred experience level beyond the minimum requirement specified
