Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care in alignment with healthcare standards and guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering care to patients, monitoring their progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health management.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and relevant experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
