Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients. This role requires the ability to adapt to varying patient needs and treatment environments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and design personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct therapy sessions to improve patient mobility and relieve pain.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current Physical Therapist license.
- Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
