Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a skilled nursing facility (SNF) located in North Scottsdale. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, helping individuals regain their independence through therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patients' therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility and daily living skills.
- Documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
