Job Description
The Healthcare Professional is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with Trinity protocols and standards. The role requires comprehensive health history evaluations and adherence to all protective measures including vaccinations and screenings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough personal health history assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols including vaccinations.
- Participate in required competency testing and training.
- Complete and maintain necessary documentation as outlined in the job description.
- Adhere to the Trinity Code of Conduct and policies.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Completion of Trinity Profile for credentials verification.
- Current health certifications including COVID-19 and Hepatitis B vaccinations.
- Trinity Skills Checklist must be completed and submitted.
- Pass Trinity’s required drug screening and background checks.
- All relevant licensure and certifications must be verified.
