Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dual Modality Technologist who is proficient in both CT and X-ray imaging. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care, perform imaging procedures, and support the operating room as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide coverage in the operating room as required.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.
- Administer contrast media as per protocols and safety guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards.
- Utilize advanced imaging techniques, including 3D rendering and multiplanar reconstruction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist; 2 years preferred.
- BLS certification.
- ARRT certification in CT required.
- Must possess a valid MD State License or compact license.
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
