Description
Job Description
This is a 13-week contract position requiring a dedicated healthcare professional to provide essential services. The ideal candidate will possess strong qualifications and a passion for patient care.
Schedule
The position requires availability for shifts from 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays. There is a possibility for additional hours during weekday day shifts, preferably on Mondays or Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- MMR vaccination is required for onboarding.
- Fit Test completion is mandatory.
- Hepatitis B vaccination is required for onboarding.
- Influenza vaccine is mandatory for onboarding.
- TB Test completion is necessary for onboarding.
- Annual TB Questionnaire is required for onboarding.
- Physical/Health Statement must be submitted for onboarding.
- Driver's License/State ID is required for onboarding.
- Varicella vaccination is required for onboarding.
