LPN/LVN needed in Big Spring, TX

Experience
Minimum 1 year of LVN clinical experience required

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct patient care under supervision of the Unit RN and Unit Nurse Manager
Manage medication administration and treatments in accordance with facility and HHSC protocols
Provide medication education to patients and complete all required documentation accurately and on time
Perform computer data entry using facility systems (full training provided)
Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to maintain standards for accrediting agencies, including:
Joint Commission (TJC) guidelines
CMS Conditions of Participation
Big Spring State Hospital (BSH) Policy and Directives
HHSC Standards, Rules, and Directives
