· Number of Beds: Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF) = 35 beds/ Acute Rehab = 488 beds
· Number of Staff: 80
· Type of Staff: PT/OT/ST
o Day Shift: PT/OT/ST
o Night Shift:
· Patient Ratios (Estimated) - IRF= 1:4/ Acute= 1:12/ Outpatient= 1:10
· Type of Equipment: Rehab equipment
· Documentation System: IRF and Acute= Meditech/ Outpatient= NetHealth (ReDoc)
· Call Requirements:
Typical Hiring Profile
Must have : (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH )
· BLS
· Experienced therapist
List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s):
· Evaluations
· Follow-up Treatments (including Vestibular and Lymphedema treatments)
Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently)
· Good team dynamics
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
· Flexible/Adaptable changes
Dress Code :
· Scrub Color – Gray or black
