Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Weekend – 2 Weekend shifts a month
Call Requirements: To be discussed during interview
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs.
Special Skills/Experience required: 2 Years

Must work two weekend shifts a month will have day off during the week
Documentation system : Meditech
Floating policy: As needed
: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)
Must have In-Patient Rehab and/or hospital experience
Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first)
2-3 Years of experience in Rehab and/or acute hospital.
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
NDT or brain injury certifications
Specialty/Unit Certifications Required:
Active OT License – no Temp License allowed
Procedures performed on unit:
In-patient Rehab Occupational Therapy – neuro and ortho patient evaluations & treatments
Acute (Ortho, Tele and ICU) evaluations & treatments
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
Sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pant, sage green scrub jacket. White or black undershirts only
Clean and Healthy
hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
– Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
