Job Details

• Position Description: Home Health Occupational Therapist Start Date: 10/26/2026, End Date: 01/25/2027, Shift: 8-hour days, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 1 year of recent skilled occupational therapy experience within the last three years (not inpatient), current BLS certification, WA license or a compact license, OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care (SOC), proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required, active drivers license and personal transportation, and Monday orientation.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Practice includes visits up to six patients per day, with an emphasis on timely communication and documentation. The role involves some travel within a maximum radius of 100 miles due to territory constraints. Documentation tools will be provided. Occasional on-call rotation may be required, and RTO requests must be submitted with the application.
