Pharmacy Operations Technician – Temp-to-Perm
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19153

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire / Temp-to-Perm
Duration: Initial 13 weeks, with potential permanent conversion

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Technician to join a high-volume pharmacy setting in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of pharmacy operations experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily pharmacy operations in a high-volume setting.
- Process and handle prescription-related tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with medication preparation, packaging, labeling, and inventory activities.
- Maintain accurate records and follow pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other pharmacy staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
- Perform other pharmacy operations duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of pharmacy operations experience in a high-volume setting.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
- PTCB certification required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a local candidate able to commute to the Philadelphia, PA location.
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity:
This position offers the potential for permanent employment after successfully completing approximately 13 weeks in the contract position.
