Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Position

Location: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

• Provide cardiopulmonary services following approved protocols and department policies.
• Deliver timely diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care to inpatients and outpatients.
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
• Perform ventilator management, ventilator weaning, tracheostomy care, ET tube management, CPAP, BiPAP, and nebulizer treatments.
• Conduct pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gas analysis.
• Insert arterial lines and perform intubations as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• NBRC certification
• Current ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
