This position is for a Multimodality Radiologic Technologist working 12-hour day shifts in a diagnostic imaging department. The technologist will perform both CT and general radiography procedures while supporting imaging services for a variety of patient needs. The role requires flexibility to assist across multiple imaging modalities and to support department operations during weekends as needed. The technologist will operate advanced imaging equipment including a Philips Ingenuity 64 CT scanner as well as GE digital radiography rooms equipped with Fuji digital plates and a Philips digital portable x-ray system. The position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort. Collaboration with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff is essential to ensure accurate imaging and efficient patient care workflow.

Requirements:
Candidates must hold active certifications through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists for both Computed Tomography and Radiography. A New York State license is required, or proof of application must be submitted at the time of application due to the extended processing timeframe for licensure. Certification for injection procedures in New York is also required. A minimum of two years of experience in CT and radiography is required, with five years preferred. Prior travel experience is required for this role. Experience with the EPIC electronic medical record system within the past two years is mandatory. Mammography experience is considered a plus but is not required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work across imaging modalities, adapt to varying schedules, and support weekend coverage as needed.
