Attendance Policy
Effective immediately, the following attendance procedure will be applied to all agency staff assignments at UPHS Marquette:
Second Absence A formal warning will be issued by the agency.Third Absence Termination of the contract, unless prior discussion and agreement is made with the unit leader to forgo termination.Make-Up Shifts All absences must be made up to maintain contracted hours.
Please note: UPHS Marquette will not be responsible for any early termination fees if an agency staff member is released from their contract for just cause, including, but not limited to, failure to meet attendance requirements or violations of professional conduct standards.
