Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary 

As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you’ll provide individualized, direct bedside care to critically ill patients, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and utilize your clinical judgment to lead care delivery.  

• Monitoring and managing patients requiring advanced cardiac, neuro, or hemodynamic support 
• Using evidence-based practice and the nursing process to develop patient care plans 
• Supervising and delegating tasks to members of the healthcare team 
• Participating in hourly rounding and maintaining a safe, patient-centered environment 
• Taking charge responsibilities when needed

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced ICU setting 
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration 
  • Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care 
• Minimum Requirements 
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of ICU or acute care experience 
  • Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school 
  • Certifications: 
    • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona 
    • BLS and ACLS (required per department/facility guidelines) 

• Preferred Requirements 

  • Experience: 2 years in ICU or Cardiac Stepdown with experience in neuro/cardiac assessments and hemodynamic monitoring  
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) 
  • Certification: Specialty certification a plus
