Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1619.94 - $1775.04

PT- Acute Rehab needed asap Facility Setting? ARU 1-2 years experience BLS Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? no Number of beds in your facility? 11 Preferred experience level? Some experience in Acute care is needed. EMR for your facility: Pro Doc, Casamba, Pro Touch Scrub colors / dress code: dark blue Parking Location: East side parking lot

Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
