Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PT-NM
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
OR
Physical Therapist, Outpatient
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
Must have Inpatient and Outpatient Experience.
-Must have at least one year of Peds PT experience if working in Peds.
-Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast-paced environment. Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
