Travel Home Health Physical Therapist job in Redding, California: Begin your assignment in Redding, CA and help patients regain mobility and independence in their homes. You will evaluate patient conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and educate patients and families on home care strategies. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, documenting progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals1. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited physical therapy program and a current California PT license.
