Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2480.00 - $2555.00
Travel Home Health Physical Therapist job in Yuma, Arizona: Start your assignment in Yuma, AZ and help patients regain mobility and independence in their homes. You will perform patient evaluations, develop and update care plans, provide therapeutic interventions, supervise PTAs and Home Health Aides, and document progress in electronic systems. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required 1. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, an active Arizona PT license, and current BLS/CPR certification. Home health experience is preferred, and experience supervising support staff is valued 1. Yuma offers outdoor recreation along the Colorado River, historic downtown attractions, and a warm climate with easy access to desert trails and regional events 1.
