Travel PT Outpatient jobs in San Jose, CA (Santa Clara County) are available for an ASAP start on a 13-week contract, working five 8-hour shifts per week with 40 hours expected. You must have a current California PT license and at least 1 year of outpatient experience. The caseload is 8-12 patients per day. Your responsibilities include providing physical therapy to patients with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and orthopedic conditions, focusing on restoring function, improving mobility, and relieving pain. You will use therapeutic exercises and collaborate with the care team to support patient recovery.
