As part of the Kaiser Permanente group, the Oakland Medical Center offers high quality care to residents of the Bay Area, along with sister institutions based in Alameda, Pinole and Richmand. This facility was the first which Kaiser developed in the area and, in 2014, will see a total renovation and the grand opening of a new facility with expanded ER options and a comprehensive pediatrics center.
