AMN Healthcare is partnering with a school district in Houston, TX to provide a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 26/27 school year. As a BCBA, you will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across your designated geographic quadrant and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support students. You will develop and implement behavior intervention plans, monitor progress, and provide guidance to RBTs. The role requires a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, BCBA certification, and experience working with students with special needs. Required Qualifications
Behavior Analyst, School
Experience: New Grad Accepted
Current Certification as BCBA issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Active BCBA Certification in Texas
At least 1,500 hours of supervised field work
Preferred Qualifications
Clear, articulate communication skills
Ability to explain results to a varied audience
Candidates with previous school experience a plus!
