Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our long-term acute care team in the thriving city of Jacksonville, Florida. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered treatment plans, seeing a wide array of patient cases typical for an LTAC setting. Your role includes assessing patients' physical status, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure patient improvement. Expect a typical day of rotating shifts, providing care to various patients while closely collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare providers.
