OT- ltach needed asap Facility Setting? LTACH BLS Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Yes, possibly Cornerstone Broken Arrow (464J) Number of beds in your facility? Preferred experience level? 41 Beds, 2-3 years with Acute setting experience EMR for your facility: Net Health for billing, Paper for charting Scrub colors / dress code: Royal Blue (Preferred, Not Mandatory) Parking location: N/A
