The position is within a modern outpatient rehabilitation environment designed to support evidence-based practice and patient-centered care. Clinicians work with a diverse caseload that may include orthopedic, post-operative, sports-related, and general musculoskeletal conditions, providing opportunities to refine and expand specialty skills. The workspace features contemporary treatment areas and equipment to support therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance and gait training, and functional rehabilitation. Typical responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and progressing treatment to meet functional goals. The Physical Therapist will provide hands-on interventions, therapeutic exercise, patient and family education, and detailed documentation in an electronic medical record. Collaboration with referring providers and an interdisciplinary team is an important aspect of the role, ensuring coordinated and high-quality care. A typical day may include a steady schedule of patient appointments with time reserved for documentation, care coordination, and professional collaboration. Patient volume is managed to support thorough assessments and high-quality, personalized therapy sessions. Depending on the specific clinic, patient populations may include active adults, student athletes, working professionals, and older adults seeking to maintain independence and mobility. Shifts are generally daytime hours on weekdays, with potential for occasional extended hours based on clinic needs and patient demand.
