Provide direct psychological services to students, conduct evaluations, consult with district staff and families, and participate in Committee on Special Education meetings as needed 1. A current New York School Psychologist license is required. Experience working with K-12 students, strong assessment and counseling skills, and excellent communication abilities are recommended 1. Required Qualifications
Psychologist, School

Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
State Certification and / or Licensure is Required to Start the Assignment


Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a School Setting is Preferred
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members
Proficiency in assessment tools and techniques used in school and educational settings
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
Strong Knowledge of Child Development, Learning Theories, and Behavioral Interventions
