This outpatient physical therapy position is based in Alpharetta, Georgia, a thriving and highly desirable community just north of Atlanta. The atmosphere is collaborative, with physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and support staff working together to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. A typical day includes conducting initial evaluations, designing individualized treatment plans based on current clinical guidelines, and progressing patients through measurable phases of recovery. You will provide hands-on interventions and structured exercise programs, educate patients on self-management strategies, and document all care clearly and efficiently in the electronic medical record. Patient volumes are designed to allow thorough assessments and treatment sessions while maintaining a steady schedule throughout the day. Shifts are generally daytime hours, with the possibility of some early morning or early evening appointments to accommodate patient needs.
