This outpatient Physical Therapist opportunity is based in Peoria, Arizona, a vibrant and growing community in the northwest Phoenix metropolitan area. Peoria offers a warm, sunny climate most of the year, making it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy hiking in nearby desert preserves, walking and biking along scenic trails, and spending time on the water at Lake Pleasant Regional Park. In this role, you will practice in a modern outpatient physical therapy setting with well-equipped treatment spaces and access to contemporary rehabilitation tools. A typical day includes performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, and providing evidence-based interventions for patients with orthopedic, sports-related, and general musculoskeletal conditions. You will manage an active caseload, seeing a mix of new evaluations and follow-up visits, while ensuring thorough documentation and communication with referring providers. You will work as part of a collaborative, patient-centered team that may include other Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and support staff, all focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care. The environment emphasizes clinical excellence, continuing education, and mentorship, supporting both new and experienced clinicians in pursuing professional growth and specialization. Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Outpatient

License and OP experience are required.
