Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Rehab Experience: 1 year Licenses: OT-MA Certifications: OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed) Holidays: rotating Weekends & Holidays Weekends: rotating Weekends & Holidays SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
