School Psychologist (PSY) - School - (PSY - School)
StartDate: 9/14/2026 Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $2273.00 - $2342.00
AMN Healthcare is seeking a School Psychologist to join the assessment team for a school district covering the west suburbs of Denver, CO. In this role, you will travel between multiple schools to complete initial evaluations for students. You will not provide direct IEP service provision, but you must have a strong foundation in assessment practices and be comfortable collaborating with district staff. Required qualifications include a valid Colorado School Psychologist license through the Colorado Department of Education and experience with school-based assessments. Familiarity with special education evaluation procedures is preferred. The west suburbs of Denver offer easy access to the Rocky Mountains for hiking, skiing, and outdoor adventures. Required Qualifications
Psychologist, School Master's or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
State Certification and / or Licensure is Required to Start the Assignment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a School Setting is Preferred
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members
Proficiency in assessment tools and techniques used in school and educational settings
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
Strong Knowledge of Child Development, Learning Theories, and Behavioral Interventions
