Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab)
StartDate: 12/7/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2065.00 - $2128.00

Join a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Eau Claire, WI as an Occupational Therapist and help patients regain independence following stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, trauma, and other complex medical diagnoses. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions focused on improving activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognition, and overall quality of life. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patients throughout their recovery journey and achieve meaningful functional outcomes. Candidates should have strong clinical and communication skills, a passion for patient-centered care, and a current Wisconsin OT license (or eligibility to obtain one). Previous inpatient rehabilitation or acute care experience is preferred.
