Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School - (BCBA - School)
StartDate: 11/9/2026 Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $2396.00 - $2469.00
Support a district Separate School Program serving approximately 25 students with significant autism needs, following Extended Content Standards and working toward a Certificate of Attendance. This is not a traditional BCBA caseload or clinical setting; you will provide behavioral support and consultation to Autism Technicians, RBTs, and teachers, assist with Functional Behavior Assessments, develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans, and ensure fidelity of implementation. You will supervise and support RBTs, collaborate with teachers and administration, and may support a second site in the future. Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure. Required Qualifications
Behavior Analyst, School
Certifications: BCBA-Behavior Anayst Cerification Board
Current Certification as BCBA issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Active BCBA Certification in NC
At least 1,500 hours of supervised field work
Preferred Qualifications
Clear, articulate communication skills
Ability to explain results to a varied audience
Candidates with previous school experience a plus!
Completion of a criminal record and background check
