Physical Therapist (PT) - School - (PT - School)
StartDate: 11/9/2026 Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $1715.00 - $1768.00

Work 37.5 hours per week providing in-person physical therapy services for PreK-12 students, including those in specialized settings serving the severe and profound population ages 5-22. Your exact area of assignment will be based on your strengths and expertise. Responsibilities include assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supporting mobility and adaptive skills, and collaborating with educators and staff to promote student success. Candidates must hold applicable North Carolina PT licensure and have experience working with children and adolescents in educational environments. Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, School PT(Compact Accepted) Graduate from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
Pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Active Physical Therapy (PT) license in NC.

Clear, articulate communication skills
Ability to explain results to a varied audience
Candidates with previous school experience a plus!
Completion of a criminal record and background check
