Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in outpatient care is sought in Hiram, Georgia. Job Details:

• Location: Hiram, Georgia
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 10 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • PT license
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or equivalent from American Red Cross
  • Georgia state licensure
  • Effective communication skills, customer service oriented, team oriented, basic computer skills
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Additional Information:
  • On-call hours as needed
  • Minimum of 2 major and 2 minor holidays required
  • Day shift hours may vary for shifts
  • Submission requires a completed Wellstar cover sheet with full SSN and notes
  • Travel experience is welcomed; over 4 years experience in outpatient settings preferred, including adult, adolescent, and geriatric care, with experience in home health, outpatient orthopedics, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and ICU settings
  • Equipment, electronic medical records, trauma level experience considered a plus
