Description
Job Summary: Physical Therapist (Outpatient) Las Vegas, NV. The physical therapist will provide outpatient therapy services in a health care facility setting and support patient care through direct clinical work and required documentation processes. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40.0 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license; experience in setting.
- Additional Information: Outpatient modality. Contract QA requirements include experience in setting. Equipment is provided during the interview. Credentialing requirements are contract-specific. Start date is 06/22/2026. A 30-day notice period is required. Parking is provided on the first day. Dress code details are provided on the first day.
