Description
Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (Registered) in York, Maine. The position involves providing advanced respiratory care, assessment, and patient education for patients with respiratory difficulties. Candidates will evaluate, monitor, and manage complex life support systems, including mechanical ventilators, in a hospital ICU setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: York, Maine
- Shift: Night shifts, 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, variable days
- Schedule: 3 - 12 hours night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active Maine Respiratory Care Practitioner license, BLS, ACLS, and NRP certification; minimum of 2 years Respiratory Care experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ICU patients and hospital setting
- Additional Information: If timecards are not filled out properly, they will be rejected and not processed. Please see timecard rules file, uploaded in Medefis. Position Urgency: Normal
